POSITION โ€“ Legal Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Should have experience related to the compliances required for Redevelopment projects.

2. Preparation of Search Title Reports.

3. Good knowledge and experience related to title documents and verification of the same.

4. Coordination with the Land Owners/ Society members for the requirement of title documents and follow up for the same.

5. Should be aware of the RERA registration process and updated knowledge with respect to the same.

6. Should possess knowledge of laws such as the Stamp Act, Tenancy Act, Transfer of Property Act, RERA, etc

7. Attending Sub-Registrar Office when required.

8. Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering, and directing phone calls, and greeting clients

9. Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary

10. Draft documents and court letters from existing acquisitions using proper licensing templates

11. Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence

12. Correspond with counsel, court, and clients

13. Assist with accounting and billing

14. Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow


Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Candidate should be LLB with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of Laws related to the Real Estate sector.
3. Strong Communication skills; written as well as verbal.
4. Technical skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet.
